أعلن الاتحاد الأوروبي عن تفعيل آلية الحماية المدنية لمساعدة الدول الأعضاء على إجلاء مواطنيها من منطقة الشرق الأوسط، في ظل التصعيد العسكري المتزايد بين إسرائيل وإيران.

وقالت الممثلة العليا للشؤون الخارجية والأمن في الاتحاد الأوروبي، كايا كالاس، عقب اجتماع طارئ لوزراء خارجية الاتحاد، إن الاتحاد يعمل على مساعدة مواطنيه الراغبين في المغادرة.
