استشهد 45 فلسطينيا على الأقل وجرح المئات، صباح الثلاثاء، برصاص قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، أثناء انتظارهم الحصول على مساعدات غذائية في خان يونس، جنوبي قطاع غزة.

وقالت وزارة الصحة في غزة، أن أقسام الطوارئ والعناية المركزة والعمليات تشهد حالة من الاكتظاظ الشديد مع وصول العدد الكبير من الإصابات والشهداء.

وأضافت أن الطواقم الطبية تعمل ضمن أرصدة محدودة من الأدوية والمهام الطبية المنقذة للحياة.
