دعا المجلس الأعلى لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بالتعاون مع مديرية الأمن العام، الأشخاص الصم إلى الاشتراك بقناة الأمن العام على تطبيق "واتس آب"، لمتابعة المستجدات المتعلقة بالتصعيد العسكري في الإقليم، والتبليغ عن بدء إطلاق صافرات الإنذار وانتهائها.

ووفق بيان للمجلس، اليوم الاثنين، تهدف هذه الخطوة إلى تعزيز وصول الأشخاص الصم للتحذيرات والتنبيهات الصوتية الصادرة عن مديرية الأمن العام والمرتبطة ببدء إطلاق صافرات الإنذار وانتهائها، إضافة إلى تحذير الأشخاص الصم في الوقت المناسب، بما يضمن سلامتهم ورفع مستوى جاهزيتهم خلال الحالات الطارئة.
