أعلنت وزارة الصحة الإيرانية الأحد أن الهجمات الإسرائيلية أسفرت منذ بدئها الجمعة عن مقتل 224 شخصا على الأقل وإصابة أكثر من ألف آخرين.

وقال المتحدث باسم الوزارة حسين كرمانبور عبر منصة إكس "بعد 65 ساعة على بدء عدوان النظام الصهيوني... استشهدت 224 امرأة ورجلا وطفلا"، مضيفا أن "أكثر من 90%" من الضحايا مدنيون.
