أفادت وزارة النفط الإيرانية فجر الأحد بأن ضربات إسرائيلية استهدفت خزانين للوقود في طهران، بعيد إعلان إيران إطلاق دفعة جديدة من الصواريخ على إسرائيل.

وأشارت وزارة النفط إلى أن "الكيان الصهيوني استهدف مستودع شهران النفطي (شمال غرب طهران) ومستودعا آخر في جنوب (المدينة)". وأفاد صحافي في وكالة فرانس برس برؤية النيران تشتعل في مستودع شهران.
