دعا الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش الجمعة إيران وإسرائيل إلى احتواء التصعيد ووقف الأعمال العدائية، بعد سلسلة هجمات جوية متبادلة بينهما.

وجاء في منشور لغوتيريش على منصة إكس "قصف إسرائيلي لمواقع نووية إيرانية. ضربات صاروخية إيرانية على تل أبيب. كفى تصعيدا، حان الوقت لكي يتوقف ذلك. يجب أن يسود السلام والدبلوماسية".
