اعتمد مجلس محافظي الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية الخميس قرارا يدين "عدم امتثال" إيران لالتزاماتها النووية، في تحذير جديد قبل إحالة الملف على الأمم المتحدة.

وأيدت النص الذي أعدته لندن وباريس وبرلين (إي3) وانضمت إليها واشنطن، 19 دولة من أصل 35 على ما أفادت مصادر دبلوماسية.
