صرح مصدر عسكري مسؤول في القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الأردنية – الجيش العربي بأن أحد الممرضين العاملين في المستشفى الأردني الميداني جنوب قطاع غزة قد تعرض صباح الأربعاء أثناء وجوده داخل المستشفى لإصابة باليد والفخذ الأيسر بشظية سقطت في محيط المستشفى الميداني.

وبين المصدر أنه جرى الكشف على الممرض من قبل الأطباء المختصين، حيث تبين حدوث جرح قطعي في اليد اليسرى والفخذ الأيمن وتم إدخاله لغرفة العمليات لإجراء الجراحة اللازمة، مبيناً أن حالته العامة متوسطة وسيتم إجلاؤه مساء اليوم إلى أراضي المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية تمهيداً لاستكمال علاجه.
