واشنطن وبكين تعلنان اتفاقهما على "إطار عام" في محادثاتهما التجارية في لندن

أعلنت الولايات المتحدة والصين فجر الأربعاء أنّ وفديهما التفاوضيين اتّفقا على "إطار عام" في ختام المحادثات التجارية التي أجرياها على مدى يومين في لندن، تاركين مهمة إقراره لزعيمي البلدين.

وقال المسؤول الصيني عن التجارة الدولية لي تشينغغانغ للصحافيين إنّ "الجانبين توصّلا إلى اتفاق مبدئي على إطار عام (...) وسيرفعان تقريرا بهذا الإطار العام إلى قيادتيهما".

بدوره، أعرب وزير التجارة الأميركي هوارد لوتنيك عن ثقته في أنّ قضية الصادرات الصينية من المعادن النادرة - التي تعتبرها واشنطن محدودة للغاية - "ستُحّل من خلال تطبيق هذا الإطار العام".
