قال الناطق الإعلامي باسم مديرية الأمن العام إنه أُسعف للمستشفى في محافظة معان شخصان إثر تعرّضهما لصعقة كهربائية داخل إحدى محطات غسيل المركبات وما لبث أحدهما أنْ فارق الحياة، فيما حالة الشخص الآخر متوسطة وهو قيد العلاج.

وأضاف الناطق الإعلامي أنّ ثلاثة أشخاص من أقارب المتوفى أقدموا على إلحاق أضرار مادية بطوارئ المستشفى وبمركبة إسعاف دون وقوع أية إصابات وقاموا بتسليم أنفسهم للمركز الأمني المختص وبوشرت التحقيقات معهم.
