العفو الدولية: اعتراض سفينة "مادلين" انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي

أ كدت منظمة العفو الدولية أن سفينة "مادلين" كانت في مهمة إنسانية تهدف إلى كسر الحصار غير القانوني المفروض على قطاع غزة.

وأوضحت المنظمة في بيان نقلته وكالة أنباء (نوفوستي)، أن السفينة كانت تقل مدنيين عزل أثناء نقل المساعدات، مشددة على أن اعتراضها يعد انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي.

وأضافت العفو الدولية، "أن إسرائيل بوصفها القوة القائمة بالاحتلال تتحمل الالتزام القانوني بضمان وصول المدنيين في غزة إلى الغذاء والدواء، مطالبة بضرورة احترام هذه الالتزامات الإنسانية الأساسية".

وأعلن جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي فجر اليوم الاثنين، أن جنوده سيطروا على السفينة "مادلين" قبل وصولها إلى قطاع غزة.
