نددت أوكرانيا الثلاثاء بشروط السلام التي طرحتها روسيا الإثنين خلال مفاوضات جرت في اسطنبول، معتبرة أنها "إنذارات" غير واقعية لن تتيح وضع حد للحرب.

وكتب وزير الخارجية الاوكراني أندريه سيبيغا على منصة اكس "بدل الرد على اقتراحاتنا البناءة في اسطنبول، قدم الجانب الروسي سلسلة من الإنذارات المعروفة مسبقا والتي لا تساهم في تقدم الوضع نحو سلام فعلي".
