الضريبة: لا استثناءات من نظام الفوترة ولا اعتماد للفاتورة الورقية منذ نيسان

أكد الدكتور حسام أبو علي مدير عام دائرة ضريبة الدخل والمبيعات انه لم يصدر عن الدائرة أي قرار يتعلق باستثناءات او موافقات بقبول الفاتورة الورقية التي أصبحت من الماضي او اعتمادها لغايات الصرف.

وأضاف إشارة الى ما تم نشره في احدى الصحف المحلية انه تم وبالتعاون مع كافة النقابات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني التوافق على تطبيق المرحلة الثالثة من نظام الفوترة الوطني الالكتروني لعمليات الشراء والزامية الانضمام لنظام الفوترة وعدم قبول أي نفقة ضريبية الا إذا كانت بموجب بفاتورة صادرة عن نظام الفوترة الوطني الالكتروني بما فيها الفواتير الصادرة عن الأعضاء في نقابة الصيادلة وعلى ان تعتمد لدى شركات التامين فاتورة الكترونية تحمل علامة مائية (QR CODE) صادرة عن نظام الفوترة الوطني الالكتروني.
