قرار قضائي يقضي بحل "حزب الرؤية"

حلت الهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب، حزب الرؤية السياسي، بموجب حكم صادر عن محكمة بداية حقوق عمان، والتي أقامتها الهيئة.

واكتسب الحكم الدرجة القطعية بعد الطعن به، وفق ما أظهرت الجريدة الرسمية.

وفي تصريح سابق، كشف رئيس مجلس مفوضي الهيئة موسى المعايطة، عن حل حزبين سياسيين ارتكبا مخالفات تنظيمية ولم يستكملا شروط قانون الأحزاب.

وأضاف المعايطة أن كثيرا من الأحزاب بدأت تراجع نفسها بعد الانتخابات النيابية الأخيرة، مشيرا إلى بوادر دمج لمجموعة من الأحزاب المتقاربة بالأفكار والبرامج.
