المؤشر يصعد لـ45% في العام الماضي مقارنة بـ43% في 2023
كشف تقرير صدر مؤخرا عن لجنة الأمم المتحدة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغرب آسيا «الإسكوا» عن تحقيق المنطقة العربية تقدما لجهة الخدمات الحكومية الرقمية.
وأضافت «الإسكوا» في تقريرها الصادر تحت عنوان «مؤشر نضوج الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية والنقالة 2024–GEMS» أن متوسط مؤشر (GEMS) ارتفع في المنطقة العربية من 43% في العام 2023 إلى 45% في عام 2024.
و لفتت الإسكوا في تقريرها إلى أن هذا الارتفاع من شأنه أن ينعكس إيجابا في تعزيز كفاءة المؤسسات العامة من خلال رفع مستوى الخدمات المقدمة إلى الأفراد والمؤسسات.
و بحسب تقرير الإسكوا فإن مؤشر (GEMS) يهدف إلى قياس مدى نضوج الخدمات الحكومية المقدمة على البوابات الإلكترونية والتطبيقات النقالة في البلدان العربية. كما يرمي المؤشر وفقا للتقرير إلى توفير مقياس يستخدمه صانعو القرار وواضعو السياسات لتوضيح بعض الأبعاد التي لا تبينها العديد من المؤشرات الدولية والمتمثلة في معرفة مدى تطور الخدمة، واستخدامها، ورضا المستخدم حيالها، وكذلك الجهود الحكومية المبذولة لإيصالها إلى الجمهور.
