قرر المدير العام لدائرة ضريبة الدخل والمبيعات حسام أبو علي، الخميس، الموافقة على توجيه إشعارات تبليغ للأشخاص المخالفين لأحكام نظام الفوترة الوطني الإلكتروني.

ويأتي القرار استنادا لأحكام المادة 21/ج من قانون ضريبة الدخل رقم 34 لسنة 2014 وتعديلاته.

وستقوم فرق من مدققي الدائرة بتسليم إشعارات للمكلفين الذين خالفوا نظام الفوترة الوطني الإلكتروني ولم يلتزموا بالتسجيل في النظام وإصدار الفواتير من خلاله تبلغهم فيها بمخالفتهم لنظام الفوترة الوطني الإلكتروني استنادا لأحكام المادة 59 من قانون ضريبة الدخل رقم 34 لسنة 2014 وتعديلاته.

وستقوم الدائرة بعد تسليم هذه الإشعارات باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المنصوص عليها نتيجة عدم التسجيل والانضمام لنظام الفوترة الوطني وإصدار الفواتير والالتزام بأحكام النظام.
