وقع وزير المياه والري المهندس رائد أبو السعود اليوم الاثنين، اتفاقية تنفيذ مشروع صرف صحي حكما الممول من بنك الإعمار الألماني كمنحة بقيمة نحو 11 مليونا و377 ألف دينار، لخدمة مناطق حكما في محافظة إربد مع مقاول محلي ضمن برنامج تحسين الوصول إلى المياه ورفع كفاءة التوزيع وتحسين خدمات الصرف الصحي في المجتمعات المستضيفة للاجئين السوريين.
وبين أبو السعود أن الوزارة مستمرة في تنفيذ مشاريع المياه والصرف الصحي لخدمة المواطنين واللاجئين في محافظات الشمال ضمن الحزمة (ب)، وتطوير الخدمات استجابة للظروف الطارئة التي ما زالت تشهدها مناطق الشمال وخاصة التجمعات المستضيفة للاجئين السوريين. وأشار إلى أن الوزارة وضمن إجراءاتها في تنفيذ استراتيجية مشاريع الصرف الصحي ستعمل على استكمال المشاريع كافة والإسراع بتنفيذها، ضمن خطتها لشمول معظم المناطق بخدمات الصرف الصحي ورفع كفاءة البنية التحتية في المناطق وحماية البيئة والمياه الجوفية وتحسين الواقع الخدمي والصحي للمواطنين في جميع مناطق المملكة.
وأضاف، إن المشروع يحسن الظروف الصحية والبيئية في منطقة حكما والمناطق المجاورة من خلال توسعة شبكات الصرف الصحي وتحسين الواقع البيئي وربط المناطق على منظومة مياه الصرف الصحي ونقل المياه العادمة إلى محطة المعالجة في وادي العرب (دوقرا) لمعالجتها وإعادة الاستفادة منها في الري.
وأوضح أن المشروع يتضمن إنشاء 53.9 كم من الخطوط لنقل مياه الصرف الصحي بأقطار مختلفة، وإنشاء 6.7 كم من الوصلات المنزلية لربط المنازل والعقارات، وإنشاء 1.3 من خطوط الضغط بأنابيب "دكتايل" وإنشاء محطة ضخ جديدة لمياه الصرف الصحي، وتأهيل محطة الضخ القائمة، ورفع كفاءة البنية التحتية في المنطقة، وإعادة تأهيل المرافق الصحية في المجتمعات المستضيفة.
