"توليد الكهرباء المركزية" توزع 12 مليون دينار أرباحا نقدية على المساهمين

وافقت الهيئة العامة لشركة توليد الكهرباء المركزية في اجتماعها العادي على توزيع أرباح على المساهمين عن نتائج أعمال الشركة للعام 2024، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 12 مليون دينار.
وترأس الاجتماع رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة الدكتور مؤيد السمّان، بحضور ممثل عن دائرة مراقبة الشركات وممثلين عن جميع المساهمين.
وبحسب بيان صدر عن الشركة اليوم الأحد، تتوزع ملكية رأس مال الشركة بين كل من شركة إنارة لاستثمارات الطاقة، المملوكة لشركة "أكوا باور" السعودية ومجموعة اتحاد المقاولين، وشركة إدارة الاستثمارات الحكومية، إلى جانب المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي.
