وضعت هيئة تنظيم النقل البري عدداً من الإجراءات والضوابط للتأكيد على منح تصاريح الرحلات المدرسية بالتــوازي مـع التعليمات الصادرة عن وزارة التربية والتعليم بهذا الخصوص والهادفة إلى توفير وسائط نقل آمنة حفاظا على سلامة الطلبة.

وأوضحت الناطقة الإعلامية في الهيئة الدكتورة عبلة وشاح في تصريح صحفي اليوم الاثنين، أن الهيئة أصدرت تعميماً لمكاتبها في المحافظات يتضمن أنه يتوجب على مالك الحافلة إبراز الموافقة الأصلية الصادرة عن مديرية التربية والتعليم في المحافظة المعنية متضمنة موديل الحافلة ورقمها ورخصة اقتناء للحافلة سارية المفعول بالإضافة لاسم المدرسة والوجهة وتاريخ الرحلة.

وأشارت إلى أن المكتب المعني يقوم بمخاطبة إدارة ترخيص السواقين والمركبات لإجراء الفحص الفني اللازم للحافلة للتأكد من جاهزيتها وصلاحيتها للسير على الطرقات لغايات تسيير الرحلة المدرسية داخل حدود المملكة.

وأضافت أنه في حال إبراز الفحص الفني يقوم المكتب المعني بمنح تصريح الرحلة المدرسية لمالك الحافلة أو "المفوض".

وأكدت وشاح، أن هذه الآلية معمول بها في الهيئة ويتم تأكيدها سنوياً بالتنسيق مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليمات الصادرة عنها بخصوص الرحلات المدرسية.
