يعقد مجلس النواب جلسة اليوم الاثنين لبحث مشروع قانون ضريبة الابنية والاراضي الذي ارسلته الحكومة مؤخرا الى المجلس.

ووفق النظام الداخلي لمجلس النواب فانه سيتم احالة مشروع قانون ضريبة الابنية والاراضي الى اللجنة الادارية او لجنة مشتركة مكونة من القانونية والادارية لدراستة بشكل تفصيلي.

وبموجب الاسباب الموجبة للقانون فانه ياتي لمواكبة التطورات العمرانية والتنظيمية داخل حدود البلديات وامانة عمان وسلطة منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية الخاصة وسلطة اقليم البترا التنموي السياحي ولادخال الوسائل الاكترونية في اجراءات تقدير العقارات والتحصيل والاعتراض على القيمة التقديرية لضريبة الابنية والاراضي.

كما ان القانون يهدف وفق الاسباب الموجبة الى تحقيق العدالة بين المكلفين بالضريبة في تقدير الاراضي والابنية باعتماد قيمة تقدير الارض اضافة الى تقدير قيمة البناء وفقا لطبيعة المنطقة والموقع ونوع التنظيم والقيود المفروضة فيه والقيمة السوقية.

كما يستكمل المجلس مناقشة مشروع القانون المعدل لقانون الجمارك.

وادرج على جدول اعمال الجلسة اجابات الحكومة على اسئلة نواب من اجل مناقشتها من قبل النواب تحت القبة.

ويبلغ عدد الاجابات الحكومية التي ادرجت على جدول اعمال الجلسة 25 اجابة.
