ثلاثة أندية تجمد كرة اليد

قررت أندية العربي وكفرنجة وساكب تجميد لعبة كرة اليد.
وبحسب بيان وصل «الرأي» نسخة عنه، اجتمع رؤساء تلك الاندية في مقر نادي ساكب بحضور إدارات كرة اليد لديها، وتم التباحث بالقضية المرفوعة بالطعن بانتخابات مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الأردني أمام المحكمة الإدارية ومناقشة خطوات الاقصاء من ذات الجهة في عديد الملفات مثل تشكيلة المنتخبات الوطنية وتجمعات الواعدين والتواجد في لجان الاتحاد على حد وصف الأندية.
وختم البيان «بناء عليه قررت الأندية تجميد اللعبة لحين البث بشرعية مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الحالي خلال القضية المرفوعة لدى المحكمة الإدارية».
وكانت المحكمة الإدارية باشرت النظر بالدعوى المقامة من عدة جهات بالطعن في اجراءات انتخابات اتحاد كرة اليد.
ووفق أمين سر النادي العربي الناطق الإعلامي خالد ابوزيد لـ «الرأي» أن المحكمة الإدارية وافقت على قبول دعوى النادي العربي إلى جانب ناديي كفرنجة وساكب ود. نعمان عضيبات عن فئة المعتزلين والمرشحين للانتخابات د. معين الشريف وعماد فريحات وسليم حمدان بالطعن في إجراءات انتخابات مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الاردني لكرة اليد التي جرت بتاريخ 16- 12- 2024، وبذلك بدأت المحكمة الإدارية النظر بالدعوى بتبليغ الأطراف بقبولها النظر بالدعوى وطلب من المستدعى ضدهم الرد على لائحة الدعوى ومرفقاتها.
وتعتبر تلك الشكوى الجماعية ومن ضمنهم الثلاث أندية (بصفتهم الاعتبارية).
