هيئة الخدمة: إصدار الكشف التنافسي للعام 2025 مطلع آذار

أكد مدير مديرية شؤون الخدمة المدنية في هيئة الخدمة والإدارة العامة علي الخصاونة، أن كل من يستنكف عن الحضور للمقابلة الشخصية لغاية استكمال إجراءات التعيين يعود اسمه للإدراج ضمن قوائم كشف الامتحان التنافسي مجددا.

وقال الخصاونة الأحد، إن اصدار الكشف التنافسي للعام 2025 سيكون بتاريخ الأول من آذار 2025 المقبل، مبينا ان صدور نظام الموارد البشرية رقم 33 لسنة 2024 بتاريخ 1-7-2024 حدد النسب المئوية للاعلان المفتوح 70% و 30 % من مخزون الهيئة وفي العام المقبل ستكون النسبة 20 % من مخزون الهيئة و 80 % للاعلان المفتوح وصولا الى 100% عن طريق الاعلان المفتوح عام 2027 .

وأضاف أن دور الهيئة سيكون رقابيا على جميع الشواغر المطروحة، فيما يجب على كل دائرة او وزارة ان تزود الهيئة بخطة التوظيف تشمل المسميات والشواغر والتخصصات والمناطق الجغرافية، مشددا على أن جميع الامتحانات التنافسية ستجرى في إدارة الكفايات الوظيفية وكل شخص مطابق لشروط الاعلان سيتم اخضاعه للامتحان التنافسي .
