"استئناف الكرة" تفسخ قرار تهبيط دوقرة.. والشلول يشيد

قررت لجنة الاستئناف في اتحاد كرة القدم فسخ القرار الصادر عن اللجنة التأديبية والقاضي بتهبيط نادي دوقرة للدرجة الثالثة على ضوء تسجيلات صوتية بشكوى مقدمة من نادي جرش.

وأعادت اللجنة القضية إلى التأديبية ليصار بوزن البينة والبحث في دقة الوقائع والثبوت في ضوء استبعاد التسجيلات الصوتية والخبرة الفنية التي تمت وإصدار القرار المناسب.

وقال رئيس نادي دوقرة محمد الشلول أن قرار اللجنة التأديبية ثبت عدم قانونيته ومشروعيته وفق البينات الرئيسية في الشكوى التي تقدمنا بها.

وختم الشلول حديثه شاكراً الاتحاد الأردني ولجانه ومثمناً النزاهة والعدالة، منوها أن النادي وبعد أحقية وجوده في دوري الدرجة الأولى سيكون رقماً صعباً ومنافساً، وواعد الجماهير أن يكون الطموح هو الصعود لمصاف أندية المحترفين.
