- علمت «عين الرأي» انه من المتوقع أن تبدأ المحكمة الدستورية الشهر الحالي النظر بعدد من القضايا التي تتضمن الدفع بعدم دستورية موادّ قانونية.. القضايا تشمل دفعاً بعدم دستورية المادة (١) من نظام الاقرارات الضريبية والسجلات والمستندات ونسب الأرباح وتعديلاته رقم (٥٩) لسنة ٢٠١٥. ودفعا بعدم دستورية المادة (٢/٤٨) من قانون نقابة المحامين النظاميين رقم (١١) لسنة ١٩٧٢. بالاضافة الى دفعٍ بعدم دستورية نص الفقرة (٤) من المادة (٢٠٦/ب) من قانون الجمارك رقم ٢٠ لسنة ١٩٩٨ وتعديلاته بالقانون المعدل رقم ٣٣ لسنة ٢٠١٨. وحسب المادة (ب/١٠) من قانون المحكمة الدستورية رقم ١٥ لسنة ٢٠١٢ فإن المحكمة تفصل في الطعن خلال مدة لا تتجاوز المئة وعشرين يوما من تاريخ وروده اليها.

- شركات تمويل وتسهيلات سجلت قضايا بحق عملائها بقيمة القرض كاملة دون إبراز قيمة المسدد منه او الرهونات العقارية التي تضمن حقها في تحصيل دينها بغية حبس وتوقيف المدين.

- علمت «عين الرأي» ان قائمة التشكيلات بين صفوف قيادات احدى الوزارات جاهزة وسيعلن عنها حال اقرارها من الوزير.
