تنفيذاً للتوجيهات الملكية السامية بمساعدة الأصدقاء في اليونان لمكافحة حرائق الغابات الناجمة عن الارتفاع الشديد في درجات الحرارة، أعلنت وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين تسيير المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، اليوم، أربع طائرات تابعة لسلاح الجو الملكي الأردني مزودة بطاقم مكون من ٤٧ فرداً إلى اليونان، للمشاركة في جهود إطفاء الحرائق.

وأكدت الوزارة تضامن المملكة مع اليونان، والتزامها بتقديم أي مساعدة ممكنة لتجاوز هذه المحنة، مشددة على التزام المملكة بتقديم المساعدة لجميع الدول الشقيقة والصديقة، انطلاقاً من واجبها الإنساني.
