أطلق بنك تنمية المدن والقرى نظام إدارة دوام الموظفين الجديد أفيلو (AVAILO) في مواجهة خطر فيروس كورونا من خلال وقف العمل بأدوات حضور الموظفين التقليدية ذات الاستخدام المشترك بين أكثر من موظف.

ويستخدم النظام الجديد تقنية إنترنت لضبط دوام الموظفين وذلك من خلال بصمة (الوجه أو الصوت أو الإصبع) الخاصة بكل موظف باستخدام الأجهزة الشخصية للموظفين على اختلاف أنواعها وأنظمة تشغيلها، بحيث لا يحتاج الموظف لأكثر من هاتفه لاثبات حضوره وانصرافه في الوقت المحدد.

والبنك هو أول مؤسسة حكومية توظف انترنت الأشياء (IoT) لإدارة دوام موظفيها.
