مصر تبدأ في طباعة النقود البلاستيكية "البوليمر" منتصف العام الجاري

أفاد البنك المركزي المصري، بأنه سيبدأ في طباعة النقود البلاستيكية "البوليمر"، في منتصف العام الجاري، بمطبعة البنك المركزي الجديدة في العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة.

وأشار البنك المركزي إلى أن الجنيه الورقي يتمتع بقوة كاملة، وأنه يستحق الوفاء بكامل قيمته مقابل السلع والخدمات، مؤكدا أنه يحق للمواطنين استخدامه بشكل طبيعي في جميع المعاملات المالية.

ولفت موقع "أخبار اليوم" المصري، إلى أن البنك المركزي يسعى للوصول إلى الاستفادة الكاملة من مزايا النقود البلاستيكية التي وصلت إليها الدول الأوروبية، بعد الاطلاع على أحدث ما وصلت إليه تكنولوجيا طباعة النقود ومنها النقود البلاستيكية (البوليمر).
