قناع «القهوة» يحمي الجلد الميت في البشرة

تحتاج البشرة إلى التنظيف بشكل مستمر حتى تتفتح ويتوحد لونها، حيث أن التنظيف يساعد في إزالة الجلد الميت من البشرة واستعادة نضارتها. وتوجد الكثير من الوصفات الطبيعية التي تساعد البشرة على نضارتها وصفائها، ومنها القهوة التي يتم خلطها مع بعض المكونات التي تغذي البشرة وتنظفها.

فإن خلط القهوة مع القرفة يساعد على تنظيف الجلد الميت والزيت الزائد من الوجه، ويمنح البشرة نعومة، وذلك عن طريق طحن فنجان قهوة مع 2 ملعقة صغيرة من القرفة، و3 ملاعق من زيت جوز الهند وكوب سكر، حيث يتم تسخين زيت جوز الهند ثم يترك ليبرد ويضاف لها المكونات ويتم خلطهم ووضعها على البشرة.

كما يمكن خلط القهوة مع ماء الورد لمعالجة تهييج الجلد وحب الشباب، وذلك من خلال خلط فنجان قهوة مع 2 ملعقة صغيرة من ماء الورد وتوضع على البشرة وتدليكها بحركات دائرية وتترك لمدة 20 دقيقة ثم تشطف بالماء الفاتر.
