قرر مجلس العمداء في الجامعة الأردنية برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور عبد الكريم القضاة/ رئيس الجامعة ترقية الدكتور كميل موسى فرام من قسم النسائية والتوليد بكلية الطب إلى رتبة أستاذ دكتور، وهي أعلى رتبة أكاديمية تمنحها الجامعة لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ضمن تسلسل الترقيات الأكاديمية الجامعية والتي تعتمد أساساً على نوعية وكمية انتاج البحث العلمي لعضو هيئة التدريس ونشره بمجلات علمية محكمة تعتمدها الجامعة لأغراض الترقية إضافة لأداء عضو هيئة التدريس عبر مسيرته الوظيفية.
