إذا كان الشعر صحياً فهذا يعني صحة الجسم خارجياً و داخلياً، و كي يكون شعركِ لامعاً و ذا مظهر رائع وجذاب، فعليكِ الاهتمام أولًا بتغذية جسمكِ، لينعكس ذلك على صحة شعركِ وبشرتك. بعد ذلك، إبدأي في الاهتمام بتغذية شعركِ من الخارج أيضًا. إذا كنت تعانين من الشعر الجاف والمتقصف، فهذه الخلطة ستساعدكِ على الحصول على شعر ناعم، صحي ولامع خلال أسبوع واحد!

اتركيهم لمدة 3 أيام كاملة قبل الإستخدام.

طبقي الخلطة على شعركِ و هو جاف تمامًا.

اتركي الخلطة على الشعر لمدة 2 إلى 3 ساعات.

احرصي على تغظية شعركِ بالغطاء البلاستيكي للإستفادة الكاملة من فوائد المكونات.

اغسلي شعركِ بالشامبو ثم البلسم.

كرري الخلطة 3 مرات اسبوعيًا.

سوف تلاحظين الفرق بعد مرور أسبوع واحد
