المؤبد لفلسطيني قتل جنديا اسرائيليا في 2014

أصدرت محكمة اسرائيلية حكما بالسجن المؤبد الاربعاء على فلسطيني قتل جنديا إسرائيليا طعنا في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2014، على ان يمضي في السجن أربعين عاما على الاقل.

ووصفت الاذاعة الاسرائيلية العامة الحكم بانه "غير مسبوق"، وقالت ان الحكم تضمن فقرة تنص على ان المحكوم لا يمكن ان يكون جزءا من اي صفقة تبادل أسرى مستقبلية بين اسرائيل والفلسطينيين.

وفي 2011، أفرج عن أكثر من ألف أسير فلسطيني مقابل الافراج عن الجندي الاسرائيلي جلعاد شاليط الذي أسرته حركة حماس واحتجزته لمدة خمس سنوات.

وكان الفلسطيني نور الدين ابو حاشية قتل الجندي الاسرائيلي ألموغ شيلوني في محطة القطارات في تل ابيب في تشرين الثاني ر 2014. ووصفت وثائق محكمة تل ابيب عملية القتل بانها "خطيرة بشكل استثنائي".

وقالت المحكمة ان ابو حاشية (20 عاما) اعترف بانه أراد أخذ بندقية شيلوني وإطلاق النار على المارة أمام محطة قطارات تل ابيب. وكان شيلوني عائدا من من قاعدته العسكرية في إجازة.

ونقلت عن ابو حاشية وهو من مخيم عسكر للاجئين قرب مدينة نابلس في الضفة الغربية المحتلة، قوله "أردت ان آخذ سلاحه وأجهز على جميع من كانوا في الشارع".
